John Duffield
John Duffield has owned and operated a number of businesses; a Windsor Plywood franchise in Langley BC, a cabinet door manufacturing company, and a custom dovetail drawer box manufacturing business. Mr Duffield then joined California Closets where he transitioned the company from an RTI (ready to install) operation to a full manufacturing business, implemented several new product lines (custom wood veneers, textured laminates, high gloss materials and garage and home office cabinets) and increased the annual installation capacity. John now works as a manufacturers sales agent for cabinet manufacturers and a major North American TFL laminator.
Morgan Yen
From a very young age, Morgan has had a passion for all things creative. She has maintained a high interest in design, and has been continuously cultivating that interest with experience.
Beginning with art & design courses in college, and working in her father’s cabinet shop as lead finisher, installer and quality control, she has had a hands-on approach to all of her projects.
In 1999 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue new avenues in her career, starting at Snaidero in the Pacific Design Center, and moving on to bulthaup where she gained experience at high-end kitchen design. From there she went on to Eggersmann USA as the design director for the company. At Eggersmann, she was in charge of training new dealers in kitchen design standards as well as design oversight for all show rooms.
